  1. Watch for chewing, especially around items such as electric
    cords. Instead of courting athlete’s foot, you should at least
    try to train your ferret to use a litter box. Most ferrets are easily
    trained to use a litter box and it helps if it is kept in the same place
    in their cage or in the corners of your “ferret room”.
